Costs, dollars and receipts

Gifts are in US dollars. If your card is from another country, your bank changes the amount and may add its own foreign fee.
Monthly gifts from outside the US are in US dollars too. The amount your bank charges can change slightly each month with the exchange rate.
We retry for up to two weeks, then stop the gift instead of chasing you. Nothing more is charged after that.
Yes. Every gift will get a numbered receipt by email once the payment is confirmed, and monthly donors get one summary every January.
